A resource can represent a person or thing who's time is being scheduled.
It only needs to be installed once on the server, accessed from end-user's PC and can be up in running in minutes.

An administrator can allow some or all users to access the application - updates and/or viewing can be accessed anywhere and at anytime.

User access control - different user security levels. This will enable users to have varying levels of access to the data in "Scheduling Manager".
Setting up user access control is easy. Check it out in "User Access Control"
under "Administrator's Guide".

click on "Month" link at the top of the main page - see our live demo.
- a graphical month summary of resources for the selected category will appear.
Web based calendar summary "Colored block" (Cell status):
Yellow - all day is available
Blue - day is partly available
Red - all day is reserved
Click on the colored block (Cell Status), this will return you to the main
screen for the relevant Category/Resource/Day.
Click on the underlined resource name
or "Main Menu" link at the top of the screen, to return back to the main screen.
Each number in the heading represents the day of the calendar month.
Clicking on day will display a graphical summary of the calendar day.
