Scheduling Manager is exactly what we've needed to schedule pooled
resources in our office, whether they be conference rooms, cars, boats
or audio-visual equipment.
Prior to this, we used paper calendars to
schedule these resources, which was often problematic. Furthermore,
given that it is a web based solution, there is no client software
install to deal with.

"Scheduling Manager" is our third resource/reservation management system and
it has proved to be the best tool for our 200 employee office.
It's
intutive, with little or no training, has all the features in order to
control our resource pool and has all the facets to control different
security levels.
An excellent product.

Scheduling Manager: We needed a replacement for an end-of-life product that we were using to schedule time in corporate meeting rooms,
when we stumbled upon Scheduling Manager from Infocode. Besides the outstanding value, Scheduling Manager
provided capabilities found in much more expensive products (like restricted scheduling by resource).
In addition, installation was extremely easy, customization of the application interface to support the look & feel
of our intranet was simple, and migration of current user accounts was a snap (due to the Access2K backend).
Pre-Sales and Technical support is also outstanding with timely responses to questions and competent solutions provided for our unique issues.
Overall, it's been as pleasant an experience as we've had with a new piece of software.
I recommend it to any company looking to webify their meeting room management or any resource management.

Scheduling Manager on the web has really lived up to our expectations.
The system was easy to implement and Infocode even helped with customizing the user log-in.
Since installing the software we have been able to manage our resources with minimum effort.
It is a real time saver.
